Here’s how it works…. 1. You MUST be ready to replace your home's defective LP or Masonite siding with HardiPlank in May of this year to qualify for their 50% discount program.  If you’re not quite sure, simply let them know when you call and they’ll schedule your appointment for some time after this event has been completed. 2. Atlanta Contracting uses three different highly specialized, manufacturers' trained work crews on each home they re-side.       a. Crew #1 removes your home's existing defective siding from the first side of your home and makes repairs to any decayed sub-structure.  Once finished, they move along to the next side of your home.      b. Crew #2 immediately begins preparing the exposed side of your home by wrapping it with Tyvek house-wrap.  This crew installs the HardiPlank onto the fully prepared side of your home in complete compliance with James Hardie's installation Instruction specifications.  Once this done, they’ll move onto the next side.      c. While our installation crew is working on your home’s final side, crew #1 will move onto the next project on our list while a third crew, Crew #3, will begin cleanup of your property.  They’ll gather and haul off your old, defective siding while caulking and preparing your home's new siding for painting. Final payment is not required until the homeowner is completely satisfied with their work.  During contract signing, the homeowner will be given a list of all work that is to be performed by Atlanta Contracting.   Before the job is complete, the homeowner will submit a preliminary "knock out list" to Atlanta Contracting with all their expectations before final payment is due.  Atlanta Contracting will complete the "knockout list"  to the customer's satisfaction before requesting final payment. Once a walkthrough of the work has been completed by both Atlanta Contracting's Project Manager and the homeowner.   Final payment is due from the homeowner once both parties concur that the work has been done to everyone's expectations.

Painting is done by a completely different crew and many of our clients often have relationships with other painters or will sometimes paint their home themselves.  Atlanta Contracting will be happy to paint your home, if you wish, but that will be done under a completely different agreement.

PRICING

This is the best part of Atlanta Contracting's program.  Their 50% discount applies not only to their regular low pricing, but also to quotes from other James Hardie authorized installation contractors.

Most HardiPlank contractors charge approximately $400 to $500 per “square” or $4 to $5 per square foot, including “almost” everything.  If a house is 2 stories tall and 60’ wide by 30’ deep, that places their square footage at around 3,800 square feet or 38 squares at approximately $12,000 to $16,000 plus “extras.”

Simply deduct 50% from their quote and you’ll have the exact cost of our discounted special if you sign with Atlanta Contracting in May of this year.  You’ll receive James Hardie’s full 50 year transferable warranty accompanied by our full 50 year labor warranty.

All that’s required is a 50% deposit at the time your materials are delivered.  You don’t pay the balance until you’re completely satisfied with our work.  We’ll schedule your project to begin at the time you sign our contract. COMPANY BACKGROUND
